Marblic Marbles takes an average of 2-4 days handling time and 4-8 days for shipping. During this process, our customer’s product(s) order passes through every possible quality test to ensure everything is in perfect condition.

Once the item(s) is handed to the courier service, we will update the tracking information on order within 24-48 hours and the same will be informed to the customer on their respective e-mails.

We use some of the premium courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS) to deliver orders on time. We can ship the order(s) from any of the multiple warehouses depending on the customer’s address and availability of the product.

In case, you received any defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support info@marblic.com for replacement within 4 days after receiving the product.
